Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior Executive HR to join our team in

Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 7 years of experience in core HR operations

and be well-versed in handling employee records, induction & orientation, documentation,

and end-to-end support of HR activities. This role requires excellent communication skills

and a proactive mindset to support the broader HR function effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, databases, and HR folders.
  • Support the HR team in managing end-to-end HR operational tasks.
  • Conduct and coordinate induction and orientation programs for new employees.
  • Manage documentation, data and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
  • Provide administrative support across all HR functions including onboarding, exit formalities, and employee engagement.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth HR processes.
  • Generate and manage periodic HR reports as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor in any field, Preferred - Business Administration.
  • 5 to 7 years of relevant HR experience with strong operations focus.
  • Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR software/tools.
  • Based in Hyderabad, 5 days a week
