Senior Human Resources Executive

As a seasoned human resources professional, you will spearhead our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate boasts 4-7 years of experience in human resources, with a strong focus on talent acquisition and expertise in managing end-to-end HR processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
  • Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent, leveraging job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Employee Onboarding and Engagement
  • Design effective onboarding programs for seamless new hire integration.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
HR Operations
  • Manage performance management, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and HRIS management.
Strategic HR Planning
  • Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
  • Conduct workforce planning and provide insights on talent gaps and succession planning.
Training and Development
  • Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.
Compliance and Policy Implementation
  • Ensure adherence to local labor laws and company policies.
  • Develop and update HR policies to reflect best practices.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Masters degree in human resources or business administration is preferred.
  • 4-7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3-4 years in talent acquisition.
  • Proven track record in full-cycle recruitment and HR operations.
