We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented
Senior Human Resources Executive
with 3–4 years of professional HR experience. The role involves managing end-to-end HR operations, employee engagement, compliance, and talent management. The ideal candidate should be proactive, people-centric, and capable of driving HR initiatives that align with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer negotiations.
- Oversee smooth onboarding and induction of new employees.
- Employee Relations & Engagement
- Act as a point of contact for employees to address queries, grievances, and HR-related issues.
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities to boost workplace culture and morale.
- Performance Management
- Support managers in setting KRAs/KPIs and conduct performance review cycles.
- Provide insights and recommendations for employee development and growth.
- HR Operations & Compliance
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.).
- Draft HR policies and assist in updating existing ones as per best practices.
- Learning & Development
- Identify training needs and coordinate development programs for employees.
- Support career growth and succession planning initiatives.
- Payroll & Benefits
- Coordinate with finance for payroll processing and employee benefits administration.
- Resolve payroll and benefits-related queries.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–4 years of hands-on HR experience (generalist profile preferred).
- Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in HRMS tools and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
