We're hiring a Purchase Executive for our client.

Location: Hyderabad

Department: Purchase / Supply Chain

Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in procurement, preferably in the manufacturing, construction, or engineering industry.

Salary: 25, ,000 per month

Job Summary: We are looking for an efficient Purchase Executive to manage our client's procurement activities. The role involves sourcing suppliers, negotiating terms, managing inventory, and ensuring the timely availability of materials. The ideal candidate will have strong coordination and analytical skills, with a background in the manufacturing or engineering sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, evaluate, and develop new suppliers and maintain relationships with existing vendors.
  • Lead negotiations for pricing, delivery terms, and other contract conditions to secure the best value.
  • Oversee the end-to-end procurement process, including raising Purchase Orders (POs) and tracking deliveries.
  • Monitor inventory levels, plan material requirements, and coordinate with internal teams to prevent stockouts.
  • Conduct market analysis and prepare reports on purchasing metrics, cost analysis, and vendor performance.
  • Ensure all procurement activities and documentation are compliant with company policies and standards.
  • Coordinate with finance, engineering, and operations departments to align purchasing with production needs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • At least 2 years of proven experience in a procurement, sourcing, or purchasing role.
  • Direct experience in manufacturing, construction, or engineering industries is highly preferred.
  • Strong skills in sourcing, negotiation, and vendor management.
  • Good understanding of procurement processes, planning, and inventory control.
  • Excellent coordination, analytical, and reporting abilities.
  • Proficiency with MS Office; familiarity with ERP/SAP software is a plus.
