We are looking for a qualified purchasing executive for our one of the leading construction company at Hyderabad to oversee purchasing transactions.

This position will require you to choose production materials procurement, and source materials for the company. You are to ensure the supply chain group delivers tasks quickly.

**Purchasing Executive responsibilities**

For this purchaser position, we will require the following from you:

- Prepare presentation reports
- Create purchasing strategies
- Prepare cost estimates and manage budgets
- Research sourcing for new suppliers and vendors
- Manage records of all orders, payments, and business stock
- Strong researching potential
- Comparing and evaluating offers from suppliers
- Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices.

**Required skills and qualifications**

Company mandates that you have the following qualifications to be considered for this role:

- Flexibility and adaptability
- Public relations and management
- 3-5 years experience as a purchaser executive
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Proficient in English (verbal and written)
- Excellent analytical skills
- Strong negotiating skills
