Position Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented
TA Partner – Volume Hiring
to join our Talent Acquisition team in
Chennai
. The ideal candidate will bring prior experience in
high-volume recruitment
, specifically within the
Gold Loan industry
, and will be responsible for hiring field sales and operations roles critical to Rupeek's growth.
Key Responsibilities
Volume Hiring Execution
- Manage
end-to-end recruitment
for field roles (sales/operations) in a high-volume hiring environment. - Develop and execute
scalable sourcing strategies
to meet aggressive hiring targets. - Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and define role-specific hiring plans.
Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with business leaders and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on role expectations and hiring timelines.
- Provide regular updates and reports on hiring status, pipeline, and challenges.
Process Optimization
- Identify and implement improvements in the recruitment process to enhance
efficiency
and
candidate quality
. - Leverage data, analytics, and insights to inform hiring strategies and decision-making.
Candidate Experience
- Ensure a
positive and engaging candidate experience
throughout the recruitment lifecycle. - Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing and networking.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education:
Graduate in any discipline (Bachelor's degree required) - Experience:
1–4 years of experience in
volume hiring
within the
Gold Loan industry
(Mandatory) - Core Competencies:
- Proven ability to hire for
field sales/operations roles
at scale - Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and end-to-end hiring workflows
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple open positions in a
fast-paced
, target-driven environment - Proficiency in
MS Office
, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and recruitment platforms
