What we need?
We are looking for a
Talent Acquisition Specialist
to join our Human Resources department and oversee our full-cycle recruiting.
Ultimately, you will create strong talent pipelines for the company's current and future hiring needs.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and deliver effective recruitment strategies.
- Manage the complete talent acquisition cycle across a wide range of roles, including in-house recruitment, niche headhunting, senior leadership hiring, recruitment professionals, business development managers, and support functions such as HR, Finance, IT, and Administration.
- Source high-quality candidates through multiple channels including professional networks, social platforms, and industry-specific communities.
- Leverage advanced tools such as ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Naukri to identify, engage, and manage top talent.
- Plan and execute structured interview and selection processes including screenings, assessments, and panel interviews.
- Develop accurate job descriptions and role-specific interview frameworks in alignment with organizational requirements.
- Maintain and update candidate information, resumes, and communication history in the ATS to ensure data integrity and compliance.
- Lead employer branding and talent marketing initiatives to position the organization as an employer of choice.
- Organize and represent the company at job fairs, campus drives, and industry recruitment events.
- Collaborate with leadership to forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs across departments.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with talent pipelines, including previous applicants and passive candidates.
