Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant General Manager, located in the Uluberia subdivision. The Assistant General Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing staff, ensuring operational efficiency, implementing policies, and achieving financial targets. This role includes coordinating with various departments, addressing customer concerns, and maintaining high standards of service and compliance.

- Understanding of financial management and budgeting
