Description# Aware of best practices in the industry and drive implementation of the same in the warehouses / RWH as and when required .# Translating the annual warehouseing plan into daily / weekly / monthly plans and ensuring adherence to the same.# Ensure implementation of systems and procedures on material accounting and stock transfers at warehouse/ transit /site stores as per stipulated norms .# Introduce stocking keeping and storage methods at parent/transit warehouse/stores as per defined standards and benchmark practices.# Support the Head- S&OP in terms of ground work and transactional activities entailing new warehouse formation/acquisition , if any .# Ensure proper and accurate statutory records for stock movement especially with regard to excise records# Execute perpetual Inventory and audit checks to review inventory controls and compliances to process parameters# Work along with the logistics team to ensure material loading for dispatch optimizes truck capacity utilization while adhering to the statutory compliances and safety standards# Manage preliminary escalation/emergencies highlighted by the sales team/project sites on material management/supply; Work closely with senior to enableresolution of the same based on corporate guidelines and compliance requirements# Generate & maintain all requisite reports on warehouse / RWH related MIS for management monitoring and reviews .
