Job Purpose: As a Duty Manager, he will be responsible for managing day-to-day cinema operations, driving team performance, and upholding the highest standards of customer service. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring smooth execution across all departments during your shift while maintaining a safe, clean, and guest-friendly environment. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily cinema operations, including box office, concession, and floor Ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety protocols Handle guest escalations promptly and professionally Monitor staff performance and provide regular coaching Support in planning rosters, managing inventory, and reporting daily sales Ensure timely opening and closing of the property Lead by example and foster a positive team culture Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role in hospitality, QSR, or retail Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent is preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment Familiarity with POS systems, reporting tools, and basic operational metrics Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
