Warehouse Manager

About the Role

Oversees inbound/outbound activities, maintains efficiency, ensures standard practices, trains staff,

manages inventory accuracy, monitors costs, handles facility and manpower, and generates reports on

performance metrics for continuous improvement.

You are responsible for:

• Ensure timely processing of all inbound and outbound activities.
• Ensures the highest degree of efficiency is maintained at all times.
• Supervises and monitors the performance of employees to ensure standard practices.
• proper care of using the equipment, materials and supplies in the warehouse.
• Supervise the distribution flow, and the transportation activities.
• Provide on-the- job training to warehouse staff.
• Manage warehouse accuracy via planned cycle count, monthly warehouse reconciliation, analysis

and related reports.

• Monitor and track warehouse and administrative costs associated with their assigned

responsibilities.

• Capable to handle facility and man power alone.
• Report making CUP/CPK/CPS, Speed/Cost/Reliability.
