We're seeking a future team member for the role of Director, Cash Processing and Funds Transfer to join our Global Cash Processing and Funds Transfer team. This role is located in Pune, India.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

• Manages multiple Cash Processing and Fund Transfer teams or a large/specialized team responsible for providing quality support to clients with their transactions and processes.
• Provides guidance on identifying opportunities for providing quality support to clients.
• Teams are typically servicing most complex clients.
• Provides strategy direction for streamlining and optimization processes for teams.
• Ensures integration with client groups.
• Applies in-depth knowledge and expertise on service offerings.
• Responsible for development of inter-department integration of transaction-related requirements, ensuring delivery and quality standards.
• Owns the quality and efficiency of the cash processing and fund transfer process.
• Determines and oversees implementation of projects to improve the system and process.
• Serves as a subject matter expert who identifies potential issues with cash processing and transfer systems and ensures necessary measures are taken to mitigate problems.
• Recruits, directs, motivates, and develops staff, maximizing their individual contributions, their professional growth, and their ability to function effectively with their colleagues as a team.
• Provides feedback at the most critical times.
• Manages multiple Cash Processing and Funds Transfer teams or a large or specialized team.
• Responsible for achievement of team goals.
• Ensures team is equipped to operationalize and attain team objectives.
• Manages the human and financial resources of the team (budgets, expenses, etc.).

To be successful in this role, we are seeking the following:

• Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• Advanced/graduate degree preferred.
• 15+ years of total work experience with at least 6-7years in management preferred.
• Experience in financial investments preferred.
• Applicable local/regional licenses or certifications as required by the business.
