The role of a Transition Specialist involves ensuring the smooth transfer of business processes into our operational environment.

About the Position

This individual will oversee the entire transition lifecycle from contract signing to steady-state operations by developing comprehensive transition plans and managing cross-functional teams to drive successful transitions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute transition plans, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure seamless process transfers.
  • Assess scope, risks, and readiness to define Service Acceptance Criteria and guarantee operational preparedness.
  • Ensure knowledge transfer, training, and documentation handovers for smooth cutover planning and hypercare support.
  • Monitor and report on transition KPIs, risks, and mitigation plans to maintain compliance with governance frameworks.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in BPO transitions, project management, or service delivery.

Required Skills:

  • Strong understanding of BPO operating models and client onboarding processes.
  • Experience transitioning finance, HR, procurement, or customer service processes.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, Visio, and collaboration platforms.

Preferred Skills:

  • Global transition experience across multiple geographies.
  • Familiarity with shared services and Global In-house Center (GIC) models.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
