Order-to-Cash Process Manager

As an Order-to-Cash Process Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our business by overseeing the entire process. This includes managing day-to-day operations, ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and fostering a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and lead a team of professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Oversee the entire Order-to-Cash process, including order processing, billing, collections, and cash application, to ensure efficient and effective management.
  • Identify gaps in processes and suggest enhancements to drive continuous improvement initiatives, resulting in increased productivity and better customer satisfaction.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders such as Sales, Finance, and Customer Service to resolve operational issues and ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Ensure availability and support for US time zones, managing escalations and critical tasks to meet customer needs.
  • Prepare regular team performance reports and maintain proper process documentation to facilitate informed decision-making.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
