The Aaroh Fellowship

at Missing Millions is a 2 year, full time programme for out-of-school adolescents from underserved communities. The focus of this intervention is to provide a thriving learning and livelihood trajectory for young adults who had to disembark from the mainstream education system and opportunities.
Our current fellowship course is a promising storytelling platform for youth

to find their voice and agency through creative tools such as photography, videography and design.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Bengaluru for an Operations Associate. The Operations Associate will handle day-to-day tasks related to operational efficiency and effectiveness. Responsibilities include managing and improving operational processes, interfacing with various stakeholders, analyzing operational data, and contributing to fellowship related initiatives.
We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our operations team If you enjoy being on the ground,  can orchestrate and hustle between tasks of varying intensities and have a knack for problem solving, this role is for you.

Roles & Responsibilities

Centre Administration

  1. Structures & Processes for the Learning Centre -

Developing structures and routines for various academic and non-academic activities of the centre including but not limited to developing a time-table, process for issuing devices, books etc.
2. Logistical Planning

  • Supporting the planning and execution of critical everyday activities at the centre including but not limited to sourcing and maintenance of learning infrastructure like laptops, cameras, lights etc as per the curriculum module, planning field trips for fellows, event planning and support etc.

  • Financial Logs

  • Maintaining a record of all centre expenses in an organised manner month on month for review.

Program Operations

  1. Developing and Maintaining the academic calendar

for the fellowship programme
2. Partnerships

  • Consistent communication with our partner organisations to support the execution of their tracks effectively in the centre. For example - planning of mental health support sessions, documentation support for fellows etc.
  • Support with hiring

processes and timelines for various roles at the centre.
