Igniting Minds Aerospace Private Limited is an AS9100 Rev D Certified Company specializing in the manufacturing of aerospace components, tooling, and ground support equipment. Utilizing the latest technology and an experienced team, we produce high-quality precision products for clients across India, Europe, USA, Middle-East, Singapore, and Australia. Our core competencies include aero engine tooling for major OEMs such as CFM, RR, GE, Safran, and P&W, as well as aircraft tooling for Airbus, Boeing, and Dassault. We machine a wide range of precision components made from materials like aluminium, Inconel, Nimonic, stainless steel, and titanium.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into ERP system configurations.

Configure and customize ERP modules (Finance, Inventory, Procurement, Manufacturing, HR, etc.) based on organizational needs.

Perform data migration activities, including data mapping, cleansing, import, and validation.

Conduct functional, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure system stability and accuracy.

Develop and maintain ERP documentation, including process flows, user manuals, and configuration records.

Provide training and technical support to end-users to ensure smooth adoption of the ERP system.

Troubleshoot ERP issues, coordinate with vendors, and implement solutions in a timely manner.

Work closely with the IT team to integrate ERP with other systems and ensure security, performance, and scalability with server and data backup support.

Stay updated with ERP trends, updates, and best practices to recommend system improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.

Proven experience in ERP implementation (SAP, Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, D-365, Customised-ERP or similar).

Strong understanding of business processes (finance, procurement, supply chain, manufacturing, HR).

Good knowledge of ERP customization, workflows, and reporting tools.

Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment under tight deadlines.
