Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Microsoft Dynamics ERP modules, ensuring stability, data integrity, and optimal performance.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to analyze, design, and implement new ERP features aligned with organizational needs.
• Develop and deploy customizations, workflows, and process automations to enhance operational efficiency.
• Lead ERP integrations with internal systems (CRM, HRMS, Finance, etc.) and third-party applications using APIs and data connectors.
• Conduct requirement analysis, testing, and documentation for new features and system enhancements.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting, ensuring minimal downtime and quick issue resolution.
• Coordinate end-user training and prepare user manuals to ensure smooth adoption of ERP functionalities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize ERP processes in areas such as finance, procurement, inventory, and production.
• Monitor system performance and recommend continuous improvements in ERP configuration and usage.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in ERP management, customization, and integration — preferably with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / Dynamics NAV.
• Bachelors or Masters in relevant fields.
• Strong understanding of ERP architecture, data structures, and business workflows.
• Experience with integration tools, APIs, and middleware (e.g., Azure Integration Services, Power Automate).
• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable ERP solutions.
• Proficiency in Excel and data analytics and validation methods
• Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools (JIRA, Confluence, or Asana).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
