We focus on customer delight, clear project visibility, and optimal resource planning.Role OverviewContingent role: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager to support our ERP transformation initiatives. This role is ideal for individuals with project management experience who are eager to grow in a dynamic environment. The PM will assist the Program Manager in coordinating ERP-related activities, tracking progress, and ensuring smooth communication across teams and stakeholders.Key Responsibilities
  • Project Coordination
    • Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
    • Help organize meetings, prepare agendas, and document action items.
    • Assist in tracking milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.
    • Coordinate with functional and technical teams (e.g., Finance, HR, IT) to ensure alignment.
  • Documentation & Reporting
    • Maintain project documentation including schedules, status reports, and change logs.
    • Track progress and update stakeholders regularly.
    • Prepare weekly status reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
    • Document meeting minutes, action items, and follow-ups.
  • Stakeholder Communication
    • Facilitate an effective communication with internal teams and external partners.
    • Help managing expectations and ensure alignment on goals and timelines.
  • Risk & Issue Tracking
    • Assist in identifying potential risks and issues at early.
    • Support mitigation planning and escalation processes.
  • Tool & Process Support
    • Use project management tools (e.g Jira, MS Project) to track tasks.
    • Assist in improving project workflows and templates.
Qualifications:
  • 6+ years of broader experience in IT.
  • 3+ years of proven experience in ERP Transformation.
  • 3+ years of recent experience on the Oracle platform.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field.
  • Exposure to ORACLE, SAP or other ERP systems is plus.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in ERP project environments.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Preferred Skills:
  • Familiarity with ORACLE, SAP or other ERP systems
  • Experience with documentation tools like Confluence or SharePoint.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
