Key ResponsibilitiesRevenue Retention and Growth: Manage and grow revenue from an existing portfolio, handling customer lifecycle, contract renewals, footprint expansion, forecasting, and churn reduction.Client Engagement: Regularly Engage with key client stakeholders to maintain strong relationships.Account Health Monitoring: Continuously monitor and maintain account health, promptly addressing any concerns.Customer Issue Resolution: Address and resolve client issues and complaints to uphold trust and satisfaction.Communication Link: Serve as the communication link between clients and internal teams.Reporting: Prepare regular progress and forecast reports for both internal and external stakeholders, utilising key account metrics. RequirementsDesired Candidate ProfileAccount Management Experience: Minimum 4 years in Account Management, including 1 -2 years in an SDR role within the BFSI or HR domains.Portfolio Experience: Managed a portfolio of ₹1 -2 CR with medium ticket sizes ranging between ₹50k to ₹20 lakhs.Client Relationships: Experience managing at least 8 clients in the portfolio.Sales Targets: Proven ability in upselling and cross -selling with specific targets.Skills:Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.Ability to build relationships across all organizational levels.Technical Exposure: Experience in areas such as:Custom software development (Mobile Apps, Web Applications)Outsourcing resource models, manpower solutions, or Time & Material (T&M) models for technologies like Java,.NET, SharePoint, Fusion, Salesforce, Microsoft PowerApps, mobile apps, and web applications.
