What you can expect
As a Technical Account Manager, you will provide white-glove service to Zoom's Premier Elite customers, partnering with Technical Account Engineers to guide customer application development using Zoom's API and SDK. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Sales, Support, Engineering, and Product teams to ensure seamless execution and a consistently exceptional customer experience. Your focus will be on building trust, proactively resolving issues, and serving as a strategic partner to the client. This role is based in Bangalore, India.
About the Team
The TAM team plays a crucial role in improving the customer experience within Zoom. We build relationships, encourage product usage, and act as dedicated technical consultants for customers. We provide our customers with useful resources that will enable them to succeed with our solutions, we effectively manage internal procedures and work across departments. Our success is achieved by consistently implementing the strategies with a commitment to excellence.
What we're looking for
Have a Bachelor's in Engineering/Computer Science/Technology, or equivalent work experience
Possess at least 5 years of experience in a technical, customer-facing position
Demonstrate proficiency in API integration and SDK development across multiple platforms
Be customer obsessed, with a proactive approach to build trust and provide best-in-class customer satisfaction
Be able to articulate complex technical topics, diplomatically address customer concerns, and provide consistently high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
Possess experience with Video Conferencing (VC), Web Conferencing vendors, IP Telephony, SIP/ H323, and Audio/Video codecs— considered a plus.
