Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment Support:

  2. Assist with posting job openings on various job boards and social media platforms.

  3. Screen resumes and coordinate interviews with candidates.

  4. Conduct initial phone screenings and follow up with candidates.

  5. Onboarding and Offboarding:

  6. Help prepare onboarding materials and assist with the induction process for new hires.

  7. Assist in the coordination of exit interviews and offboarding procedures.

  8. Employee Records Management:

  9. Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

  10. Assist in organizing and filing HR documents.

  11. Administrative Support:

  12. Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings and preparing HR reports.

  13. Respond to general HR inquiries from employees.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Strong interest in Human Resources and a desire to learn.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

  • Positive attitude, proactive, and a team player.
