Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and creative Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing online marketing campaigns to promote our brand, drive traffic, and generate leads. The role requires a good understanding of digital tools, analytics, and trends to maximize online presence and achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
  • Manage and optimize SEO/SEM efforts to increase website traffic and search rankings.
  • Handle social media marketing: creating engaging content, scheduling posts, and tracking performance.
  • Manage email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and promotional emails.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and Ads Manager.
  • Research market trends, competitor analysis, and implement innovative strategies to improve ROI.
  • Collaborate with the content, design, and sales team for campaign execution.
  • Generate weekly/monthly performance reports and present insights for improvement.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, algorithms, and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Digital Media, Business, or Any Graduate
  • Proven experience (14 years) as a Digital Marketing Executive or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, Google Ads, Social Media, and Email Marketing.
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, Facebook Business Manager, HubSpot/Mailchimp.
  • Creative thinking with excellent communication and copywriting skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage projects within deadlines.
