About Role

We are looking for an ambitious professional to join our global sales team and help expand Regami Solutions presence in US and European markets. This role focuses on building strong client connections, understanding business needs, and driving revenue growth through consultative selling. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, international market awareness, and a proven ability to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and client outreach.
  • Understand client requirements and present customized solutions in IoT, Embedded Systems, and Product Engineering services.
  • Strengthen long-term partnerships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and account growth.
  • Work closely with pre-sales and technical teams to deliver proposals and ensure smooth project execution.
  • Track competitor movements, analyze market trends, and share insights to refine sales approaches.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Prior experience (1–4 years) in international B2B sales or business development is preferred, but not mandatory.
  • A bachelor's degree in engineering, IT, or related fields will be an added advantage.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closure.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable to dynamic business environments.
