Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves promoting, demonstrating, and selling massage chairs to walk-in customers, ensuring excellent customer experience, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist walk-in customers at the showroom/store/airport outlet.
  • Demonstrate product features and benefits of massage chairs effectively.
  • Explain pricing, offers, and financing options to customers.
  • Maintain strong product knowledge to handle customer queries and objections.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets.
  • Maintain showroom display, cleanliness, and proper product placement.
  • Handle customer feedback, complaints, and provide after-sales support if required.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
  • Prepare daily sales reports and update management on performance.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in luxury products, electronics, or wellness industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Presentable personality with customer-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays as per retail business needs.
  • Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹28,000.00 per month
