We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Warehouse Manager to oversee and coordinate the daily warehousing activities. As the Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping. You will lead a team, ensure safety protocols are followed, and continuously work to improve processes to maximize productivity and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory management, and shipping.
  • Ensure all inventory is accurately recorded, organized, and maintained.
  • Implement and enforce safety procedures and compliance with company standards.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
  • Monitor and manage warehouse equipment and supplies.
  • Analyze productivity data and identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Collaborate with other departments (e.g., logistics, purchasing, customer service) to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Prepare regular reports on warehouse performance, inventory levels, and team KPIs.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, logistics, and inventory software systems (e.g., WMS, ERP).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to lift heavy items and operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts (certification preferred).
  • Solid understanding of health and safety regulations.
  • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or business is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40, ₹45,000.00 per month
