Job Summary:

We are seeking a organized Picker Packer to join our inbound receiving team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently receiving, inspecting, and organizing incoming goods, ensuring accurate picking and packing for outbound shipments.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive and inspect inbound shipments for accuracy and quality.
  • Unload and organize incoming goods in designated storage areas.
  • Pick items accurately based on order requirements.
  • Pack products securely for outbound delivery.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
  • Record received items and update inventory systems.
  • Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure smooth inbound processes.
  • Follow safety guidelines and protocols at all times.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a warehouse, picker/packer, or similar role preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Basic computer literacy for inventory management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
