**Job Title**: Picker and Packer

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Picker and Packer staff to ensure smooth order fulfillment for both our B2B and B2C operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Picking Orders**:

- Accurately pick products from the warehouse shelves based on customer orders.
- Verify product codes (SKUs) and quantities against the order list.
- Ensure all items are in good condition before packing.

**2. Packing Orders**:

- Safely and efficiently pack items into appropriate boxes or packaging materials.
- Label packages with accurate shipping information.
- Ensure all packages are securely sealed and ready for dispatch.

**3. Quality Control**:

- Double-check picked items for accuracy and quality before packing.
- Report any discrepancies or damaged items to the supervisor immediately.

**4. Inventory Management Support**:

- Assist with stock checks and inventory counts as required.
- Keep track of packaging materials and report when supplies need replenishment.

**5. Warehouse Organization**:

- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring items are stored correctly.
- Assist in rearranging products in the warehouse for better accessibility.

**6. Dispatch Assistance**:

- Prepare orders for dispatch by organizing packages according to delivery schedules.
- Assist with loading and unloading goods when required.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or packing role is a plus but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions carefully.
- Physically fit and able to lift packages and stand for long periods.
- Basic understanding of inventory management is preferred.
- Team player with a proactive attitude.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
