Key Responsibilities:

1. Inventory Control & Management

  • Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing materials.
  • Conduct regular stock audits, physical verification, and system reconciliations.
  • Monitor inventory levels and generate reorder alerts when required.
  • Ensure correct SKU labeling, batch tracking, and proper storage practices.

2. Data & Documentation

  • Update inventory management software or ERP systems on a real-time basis.
  • Prepare and share detailed stock reports (daily/weekly/monthly) using Excel.
  • Properly document Goods Received Notes (GRNs), issue slips, and return records.

3. Coordination & Communication

  • Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and finance teams for smooth inventory flow.
  • Liaise with suppliers and internal departments to resolve discrepancies or delays.
  • Support internal and external audit teams during stock inspections.

4. Process Improvement

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Track slow-moving, obsolete, or damaged inventory and suggest corrective actions.
  • Support the digitalization and automation of warehouse operations.

5. Compliance & Safety

  • Ensure adherence to company policies, safety guidelines, and material handling standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety in all storage areas.
