Your Role

As
Assistant Manager (Exhibition & Conference Management)
, you'll be responsible for handling the
complete lifecycle of exhibitions and conferences
— from planning and design to execution and post-event delivery. You'll work closely with
industry leaders, government departments, and global partners
to deliver impactful B2B events that shape India's growth story.

What You'll Do

  • Plan, coordinate & manage end-to-end exhibitions and conferences.
  • Oversee vendors, exhibitors, and venue operations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on design, branding & communication.
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and client relationships.
  • Ensure top-notch execution and client satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

  • Graduate/Post-Graduate in
    Event Management, Marketing, or Business Administration
    .
  • 3–6 years of experience in
    exhibition or large-scale event management
    .
  • Excellent communication, multitasking & project management skills.
  • Proficiency in
    MS Office & event/project management tools
    .
  • Passion for creating world-class events and experiences.
