Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager located in Navi Mumbai. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. The role includes coordinating with different departments, managing budgets, and striving to meet company goals. The Assistant Manager will also be involved in client relations, handling queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Experience in budgeting and financial management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in using office software and management tools
- Knowledge of healthcare industry practices and regulations is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field
- Previous experience in a managerial or supervisory role is preferred
