Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Navi Mumbai for an Assistant to a Case Manager. The selected candidate will assist in managing case files, provide administrative support, and ensure smooth communication with clients and medical professionals. Daily tasks will include coordinating schedules, managing correspondence, and maintaining detailed records to support the Case Manager in delivering excellent service to clients.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
- Strong Communication and Phone Etiquette skills to interact professionally with clients and stakeholders
- Clerical Skills, including document organization, record maintenance, and scheduling
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer skills
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline or relevant administrative experience
- Experience in the healthcare or medical tourism industry is an advantage
