Job Title: Car Sales Executive

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Car Sales Executive to join our team in Ahmedabad. The role involves engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, recommending suitable vehicles, and ensuring a smooth sales process from inquiry to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers, providing detailed information about available cars, features, and financing options.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate models to meet their needs.
  • Conduct test drives and explain product features, specifications, and benefits.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat and referral business.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by management.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of product features, competitor models, and market trends.
  • Assist customers with loan/finance documentation, insurance, and RTO-related formalities.
  • Ensure proper follow-up after sales for customer satisfaction and upselling opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, leads, and customer interactions in CRM/software.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelors degree / Diploma preferred; candidates with strong sales experience in automobile, retail, or real estate industries are encouraged to apply.
  • Proven experience (14 years) in sales, preferably automobile sales.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer orientation and ability to understand client needs.
  • Goal-driven, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure.
  • Good command of Gujarati, Hindi, and English.
  • Must have a valid four-wheeler driving license.
