About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer with strong hands-on experience in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Experience Cloud to join our growing Salesforce team in Bangalore. You'll be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions that drive business value and enhance customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy robust Salesforce solutions using LWC, Apex, Visualforce, and Experience Cloud.
  • Collaborate with functional teams, architects, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high-quality technical solutions.
  • Optimize Salesforce applications for performance, scalability, and best practices.
  • Manage integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs, REST/SOAP, and middleware tools.
  • Support release management, code reviews, and deployment activities.
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to code quality standards and documentation.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years of Salesforce development experience.
  • Strong expertise in LWC (Lightning Web Components) and Experience Cloud.
  • Proficient in Apex Classes, Triggers, SOQL, and Salesforce configuration.
  • Good understanding of Salesforce architecture, governor limits, and best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs).
  • Salesforce Developer (Platform Developer I or II) certification preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Projected Total Compensation: ₹1,000, ₹2,000,000.00 per year
