Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled
Senior Salesforce Developer
with strong hands-on experience in
Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable Salesforce solutions that meet evolving business needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement customized solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem, including:

  • Apex Classes & Triggers

  • Lightning Web Components (LWC)
  • Visualforce Pages

  • Integrations & APIs

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and convert them into robust technical designs.

  • Configure and customize Sales Cloud and Service Cloud features such as workflows, validation rules, approval processes, and process builders.
  • Develop and maintain data integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools, and Salesforce Connect.
  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) including design, development, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
  • Conduct code reviews, enforce development best practices, and maintain high-quality technical documentation.
  • Troubleshoot complex system issues and provide timely fixes and enhancements.
  • Ensure all development complies with Salesforce coding standards, security models, and governance policies.
  • Mentor junior developers and collaborate closely with solution architects, admins, and business stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.

  • Strong expertise in:

  • LWC

  • Apex (Triggers, Classes, Batch Apex)
  • SOQL & SOSL

  • Salesforce configuration

  • Experience implementing Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

  • In-depth understanding of Salesforce security model including roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules.
  • Proficiency with deployment and release management tools such as Copado, Gearset, Change Sets, SFDX.
  • Experience with integration techniques (REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Integration Patterns).

  • Salesforce certifications preferred:

  • Platform Developer I / II

  • Administrator
  • Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Consultant
