We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer/Lead with over 7 years of experience in Salesforce development, architecture, and solution design. The candidate will lead development efforts, interact with business stakeholders, and ensure scalable, high-quality solutions on the Salesforce platform.

Lead end-to-end Salesforce solution design, development, and deployment.

Architect scalable and maintainable technical solutions using Apex, LWC, and integration tools.

Manage and mentor junior developers; ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

Interact with business stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.

Drive technical discussions, solution reviews, and effort estimations.

Ensure platform performance, security, and data integrity.

Oversee release management, version control, and CI/CD pipelines.
