Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Consultant to join our dynamic team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Salesforce development, API integrations, and front-end technologies such as Lightning Web Components (LWC), Java, and Angular. This role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and drive Salesforce implementations to success.

Key Responsibilities

Salesforce Development & Customization

  • Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and JavaScript.
  • Create and maintain custom objects, workflows, triggers, and Lightning components to enhance Salesforce functionality.
  • Develop complex business logic using Apex classes, controllers, and triggers.

API & Integration Development

  • Build and manage RESTful and SOAP APIs to integrate Salesforce with external applications.
  • Implement OAuth, Single Sign-On (SSO), and third-party integrations to ensure seamless data flow between systems.
  • Work with middleware solutions such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or similar integration platforms.

Front-End Development

  • Develop responsive and dynamic UIs using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Angular.
  • Ensure cross-browser compatibility and performance optimization in Salesforce UI components.

Solution Design & Architecture

  • Work closely with business teams to gather requirements, design scalable solutions, and recommend best practices.
  • Ensure solutions align with Salesforce best practices, security standards, and scalability requirements.
  • Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and optimization of Salesforce applications.

Project Leadership & Collaboration

  • Act as a technical mentor to junior developers and guide them on best practices.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Lead client interactions, understand business needs, and translate them into technical solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications


10+ years of experience
in Salesforce development and consulting.

Expertise in
Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, and Visualforce
.

Strong experience in
API development, REST/SOAP integrations, and middleware tools
.

Proficiency in
Java and Angular
for front-end development.

Hands-on experience with
Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Community Cloud
.

Knowledge of
OAuth, SAML, and security best practices
in Salesforce.

Excellent
problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills
.

Strong
communication and client interaction skills
to work with stakeholders.

Salesforce certifications such as
Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, Architect, or Consultant
(preferred).
