Role Overview

We are seeking a
Senior Sales Representative
based in Hyderabad with prior experience in logistics tech, fleet management, or mobility SaaS. This is a
field-intensive role
that requires meeting clients, conducting demos, and building strong business relationships. The role demands ownership of the sales cycle from lead generation to closure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and manage sales opportunities in Hyderabad.
  • Conduct field visits to meet fleet owners, logistics companies, and enterprise clients.
  • Pitch RoadCast's solutions and manage the complete sales lifecycle.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships for repeat business and upselling.
  • Keep track of competitor activities, market trends, and customer insights.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in logistics tech, fleet management, telematics, or related industries.
  • Strong understanding of logistics/supply chain operations and SaaS solution selling.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Comfortable with extensive field travel.
  • Must be based in Hyderabad.
  • Proficiency in English (knowledge of a local language is a plus).
