We are expanding across India's metro markets and are seeking dynamic Sales Agents to drive large-scale B2B partnerships with retailers, distributors, and business clients.

Role Overview:

As a Sales Agent, you'll represent MyUrbanPack in your city—building and managing relationships with local retailers, luggage stores, and distributors to grow our business presence and sales volume.

Responsibilities:

  • Approach and build strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and corporate clients in metro cities.
  • Identify new business opportunities and secure bulk orders or strategic partnerships.
  • Promote and present MyUrbanPack's products and services to potential B2B buyers.
  • Generate leads, follow up effectively, and close sales deals to meet assigned targets.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and growth opportunities.
  • Represent MyUrbanPack locally as the company's official sales ambassador in your assigned metro area.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum qualification: 12th pass (graduates preferred).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
  • Freshers are welcome; prior experience in backpack, luggage, or lifestyle product sales is a plus.
  • Willingness to work in the field and travel within your city.
  • Target-oriented, self-motivated, and confident when interacting with clients.
  • Comfortable engaging with retailers, shop owners, and businesses of all sizes.
