We are hiring a
Content Strategist
to join our growth team—someone who understands that great content is not just words, but a business lever. In this role, you'll craft engaging, high-performing content across the entire customer lifecycle, fueling growth by boosting acquisition, engagement, retention, and loyalty.

The role:

• Content strategy:
  Develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with the research, customer lifecycle and growth objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create content that supports blogs, marketing campaigns, product rollouts, and customer journeys. Spot trend, stay up-to-date with markets and identify trending topics, plan content calendar and maintain MIS.
• Copywriting:
  Produce persuasive, clear and engaging copy for multiple channels, including blogs, email campaigns, landing pages, in-app messages, social media, video script, presentations and more. Ensure every piece reflects our brand voice and is tailored to the right user segment.
• Lifecycle Marketing:
  Create and optimize content for each stage of the customer lifecycle, from acquisition and retention to engagement. Develop messaging that resonates with customers at different touchpoints and drives conversion.
• Growth Initiatives:
  Work with the growth team to craft content for A/B tests, lead funnels, and other growth experiments. Review performance data, draw insights, and iterate on content to improve performance.
• SEO & Analytics:
  Apply SEO best practices to strengthen visibility, rankings, and organic reach. Track content performance through analytics tools and adjust strategies as needed to achieve critical metrics.
• Team Collaboration:
  Work closely with research, designers, marketers, product managers, and other collaborators to ensure cohesive messaging across all platforms. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior writers as needed.

You fit right in if you have:

3+ years of experience in content or strategy (finance experience is a must)

Skills:
Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills. Strong understanding of customer psychology and how to craft messages that drive action. Familiarity with SEO principles and analytics tools.

Interest in personal finance, stock markets, mutual funds, and investing

Creativity:
Ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions that enhance the customer experience and contribute to growth objectives.

Attention to Detail:
Meticulous in proofreading and ensuring accuracy in all content produced.

Strong strategic thinking with experience translating business concepts into multi-format content campaigns that drive measurable results.

Collaboration:
Proven track record to work effectively in a team environment, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
