Must Have Skills :
Strong knowledge of P&C insurance policy lifecycle (new business, endorsements, renewals, cancellations, reinstatements).
Experience with policy administration systems (e.g., Guidewire PolicyCenter, Duck Creek, Insurity, etc.).
Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements in P&C insurance.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage high volumes of transactions accurately.
Familiarity with ISO forms, rating methodologies, and underwriting guidelines Good Have Skills :
Experience in P&C insurance policy cycle.
Roles and Responsibilities :
Manage the full policy lifecycle including issuance, renewals, endorsements, cancellations, reinstatements, and audits.
Ensure timely and accurate processing of policy transactions in line with company standards and regulatory requirements.
Liaise with underwriters, brokers, agents, and clients to resolve policy-related queries.
Support the development and implementation of policy administration systems or enhancements.
Validate policy documents for completeness and accuracy before issuing.
Maintain accurate records in the policy management system and generate required reports.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal audit requirements.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in policy processing workflows.
Provide training or mentorship to junior staff if required.
Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) for policy system upgrades or new product rollouts Location :
