Job Title: Accounts Manager – Real Estate

Location: HLP Galleria, Sector 62, Mohali

Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month

Job Type: Full-time | On-site

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Manager to oversee financial operations at our real estate office in HLP Galleria, Mohali. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day accounting, ensure compliance with statutory norms, and support internal audits and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily accounting operations, including billing, receipts, and vendor payments
  • Maintain books of accounts, ledgers, and financial records
  • Prepare GST returns, TDS filings, and other statutory reports
  • Coordinate with auditors for monthly, quarterly, and annual audits
  • Monitor cash flow, bank reconciliations, and petty cash
  • Handle project-wise accounting and cost tracking
  • Generate MIS reports, balance sheets, and P&L statements
  • Ensure compliance with RERA, income tax, and company policies

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance
  • 5+ years of experience in real estate accounting or finance roles
  • Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software
  • Strong understanding of GST, TDS, RERA, and financial regulations
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
