Senior Accounts Manager – Real Estate

Location: Mohali, Punjab

Salary: Up to ₹75,000/month

About the Role:

Cascade Buildtech is hiring an experienced Senior Accounts Manager to lead our accounts team and ensure smooth financial management across real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end accounting operations including billing, accounts payable/receivable, GST, TDS, and compliance.
  • Oversee project-wise fund allocation, cash flow, and financial planning.
  • Prepare accurate MIS reports, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Handle statutory audits, banking, and regulatory requirements.
  • Mentor and supervise the accounts team to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
  • Implement effective internal controls and financial systems.

Requirements:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
  • Professional qualifications (CA/ICWA/MBA Finance) preferred.
  • 7–10 years of experience in accounts, with at least 3–5 years in a senior managerial role.
  • Prior experience in the real estate industry will be an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Tally/ERP and strong knowledge of taxation & compliance.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
