Project Experience

È Core SAP Expert – Employee Central and Onboarding Expert.

È Maintaining & updating all the HR related documents, SOP, Business Rule Guides and Knowledge Transfer PPT's. Well versed with the SPOC of the HR Operations & Shared Services process.

È Closely interact with Stakeholders, Functional Head and HR Business Partners to understand their Business needs and requirements.

È Support in development of framework /method to identify / evaluate the HR process to be migrated from the HR teams, i.e. Talent Acquisition, Payroll, HR Operations & PMS.

È Assist in development of a detailed project management framework for Migration of identified processes, starting from process study till stabilization of the process, ensure the presence of a detailed milestone-based process migration plan covering short, medium and long-term business/ functional objectives

È Develop / continuous refinements of SLA framework in discussions with the Key Stakeholders and Management and ensure effective transitioning of processes

È Carryout process evaluation and process mapping steps for assessing readiness of the processes to be migrated

È Develop a detailed quality framework for HR Operations to evaluate and improve effectiveness and efficiency of the process managed and internal HR processes and work methods

È Support in developing the organization structure for the HR Operations, and through appropriate benchmarks / analyses, establish the required number of FTE per process migrated in discussions with the management and HR Department

Operational Experience

Employee Life Cycle

È Managing the end to end employee life cycle from Hire to retire/exit and work closely with the Business HR's and Leadership team for the process designing.

È Should expert of handling all T Codes for Personal Actions and Organizational Management base on company requirement.

È Handling Entire Employee Life Cycle (Hiring, Transfer, Promotion, Demotion and Separation).

È Organizing Data Analysis & Reporting Process Management

È Managing escalations and resolving concerns

È Implementing and creating new processes towards SAP Enhancements.

È Creating Scenario based test scripts.

È Testing in Sandbox and Development environment for UAT.

È Uploading Templates through LSMW and BDC(expert of LSMW and create lots of BDC template to make the process easy)

Preferred Education and Experience

The candidate must hold:

È A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management

È Should have minimum 5 years of experience with the HR Operations
