Role Overview
We are looking for a Key Account Manager (KAM) to strengthen our dealer and retailer ecosystem. This role is central to driving growth through dealer partnerships, ensuring seamless operations, and building long-term relationships that power Pointo's expansion.
Key Responsibilities
Dealer / Retailer Network Management
• Develop and manage strong relationships with dealers, retailers, and channel partners.
• Onboard new dealers and ensure smooth integration into the Pointo ecosystem.
• Drive dealer engagement through regular interactions, updates, and support.
Sales & Growth
• Achieve sales and revenue targets through the dealer/retailer network.
• Monitor dealer performance and implement initiatives to improve productivity.
• Identify growth opportunities in existing markets and expand into new territories.
Operations & Execution
• Ensure smooth execution of supply, deliveries, and dealer order management.
• Work with internal teams (logistics, finance, product) to resolve dealer issues.
• Monitor dealer stock levels, collections, and compliance with company policies.
Market Intelligence & Insights
• Gather market feedback from dealers to influence product strategy.
• Track competitor activities, pricing, and channel programs.
• Provide regular reports and insights to the leadership team.
Requirements
• 2–4 years of experience in Key Account Management, Dealer Sales, or Channel Development (preferably EV, battery tech or automotive).
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts with high ownership.
• Analytical mindset with basic proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets

: Barrackpore (Kolkata, WB) Or Bangalore (Preferred, Office-based) CTC: 4 - 6 LPA (Depending on location, experience and current CTC) Experience: 2–4 years
