Key Responsibilities: - Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure client satisfaction and retention. - Sales Strategy: Implement and execute sales strategies tailored to marketplace platforms to achieve revenue targets. - Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. - Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and supply chain, to align strategies and optimize account performance. - Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on account performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. - Negotiation: Lead negotiations with clients to secure profitable agreements and manage contract renewals. - Problem Solving: Address any client issues or concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring a positive customer experience. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. - 3-4 years of experience in key account management within the FMCG sector, with a focus on skincare, personal care, or cosmetic care. - Proven experience in managing accounts on marketplace platforms (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, etc.). - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and internal teams. - Results-driven mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
