The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing key accounts in marketplace environments, driving sales growth, and building lasting relationships with clients.Key Responsibilities:- Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure client satisfaction and retention.- Sales Strategy: Implement and execute sales strategies tailored to marketplace platforms to achieve revenue targets.- Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and supply chain, to align strategies and optimize account performance.- Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on account performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.- Negotiation: Lead negotiations with clients to secure profitable agreements and manage contract renewals.- Problem Solving: Address any client issues or concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring a positive customer experience.-Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.- 3-4 years of experience in key account management within the FMCG sector, with a focus on skincare, personal care, or cosmetic care.- Proven experience in managing accounts on marketplace platforms (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends.
