Role Description
We are seeking a full-time, on-site Customer Service Representative to be based in our Rajarhat location. The role involves providing professional and efficient customer support by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for maintaining strong customer relationships, collaborating with internal teams to address customer concerns, and delivering a seamless customer experience. You will also document interactions for process improvement and contribute to enhancing overall customer experience initiatives.
Qualifications
- Experience in Customer Service, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries
- Proficiency in Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction techniques
- Ability to deliver an exceptional Customer Experience and resolve escalations professionally
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage customer interactions effectively
- Problem-solving aptitude to handle customer concerns with professionalism
- Familiarity with CRM software and customer management tools is advantageous
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory
