Job Summary

We're looking for a *SEO & Digital Advertising Specialist* to manage end‑to‑end search engine optimization, Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram campaigns, and performance‑driven digital marketing for our clients (SMEs, startups, and local businesses). Work from the comfort of home in Dehradun with full support and tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • *SEO (60%)*

  • Conduct keyword research, on‑page optimization (meta tags, schema, content), and technical SEO audits (site speed, mobile‑friendliness).

  • Build and manage backlink outreach & guest posting strategy.

  • Track rankings, organic traffic, and CTR using Google Search Console, Ahrefs/ SEMrush, and Google Analytics.

  • Produce monthly SEO performance reports with insights & recommendations.

  • *Digital Advertising (40%)*

  • Set up, launch, and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping) and Facebook/Instagram ad campaigns.

  • Manage daily budgets, bid strategies, ad copy, creatives, and audience targeting.

  • Monitor CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversion tracking, UTM parameters, and pixel implementation.

  • Generate weekly ad performance dashboards and suggest optimizations.

  • *Collaboration & Reporting*

  • Work closely with the content, design, and sales teams to align strategies.

  • Provide clear, data‑driven reports to clients and internal stakeholders.

  • Stay updated with algorithm changes, platform updates (Google, Facebook, LinkedIn).

  • *Miscellaneous*

  • Competitor analysis and market research.

  • Suggest and test new tools/automations (Zapier, Google Tag Manager).

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or recent graduate with strong portfolio).

  • *6–12 months* hands‑on experience in SEO *and* paid ads (Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager). Internship, freelance, or agency work counts.

  • Proficiency with:

  • *SEO tools* – Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, PageSpeed Insights.

  • *Ad platforms* – Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads (basic).

  • *Analytics* – Google Analytics, Data Studio, UTM tracking.

  • Basic HTML/CSS understanding for on‑page tweaks.

  • Strong copywriting and data‑interpretation skills.

  • Self‑disciplined, reliable internet, and a quiet work setup at home.

Preferred

  • Certifications: Google Ads (Search, Display, Video), Facebook Blueprint, Google Analytics GAIQ.

  • Portfolio of SEO case studies (rank improvements, traffic lift) + ad campaign screenshots (ROAS, CPA).

  • Familiarity with WordPress, Shopify, or basic CMS.
