Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct SEO Audits: Perform thorough audits of our digital content to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop SEO Strategies: Create and implement strategies that align with business goals to enhance search engine rankings.
- Keyword Research: Conduct keyword research to identify high-value keywords and optimize content accordingly.
- On-Page Optimization: Ensure all web pages are optimized for search engines, including meta tags, headers, and content.
- Content Collaboration: Work with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all content.
- Monitor Performance: Track and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics and adjust strategies as needed.
- Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and algorithm changes to ensure on-going optimization.

Qualifications:

- Experience: Proven experience in SEO and digital marketing, preferably in the IT industry.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs) and knowledge of HTML/CSS.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and present findings.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, or a related field is preferred.

Preferred Skills:

- Trend Analysis: Ability to identify and leverage industry trends to improve SEO strategies.
- Project Management: Strong project management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing SEO best practices and industry developments.
