Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Adobe Campaign Classic implementation and management.
  • Proven experience in team leadership and mentorship in a marketing or digital environment.
  • Deep understanding of email marketing principles and best practices.
  • Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and analysis within Adobe Campaign Classic.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from marketing data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
  • Certification in Adobe Campaign Classic is a plus.
  • Experience in customer engagement and lifecycle marketing is preferred.
